It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-8 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes, you'll enjoy free shipping on total orders valued at $150 or above within Lebanon.
Returns & Exchanges
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Just send us an email to hi@thevybe.co within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll take you through the process.
Yes, you can return an order. However, please note that no refunds are made in cash. Instead you will receive store credit for all returned items.

A collection fee equivalent to the original delivery charge will apply unless items in the order were defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR BE EXCHANGED.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN AN UNWORN AND UNWASHED CONDITION, DEEMED FIT FOR RESALE WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ALL GOODS ARE INSPECTED ON RETURN.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING PRODUCTS ON, FOR EXAMPLE, ENSURE YOU ARE NOT WEARING MAKEUP, PERFUME, DEODORANT OR ANTIPERSPIRANT AS THIS MAY LEAVE MARKS ON THE PRODUCT AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR ANY ITEM RETURNED TO US WITH ANY MARKS OR STAINS.
